Add Auto Updater

As a User,
I would like to have an Auto Updater settings,
So that I do not have to manually download the binary for the website and install it,
So that I can be up to date and take advantage of Kerlig.
So that I do not miss improvements, bug fixes, and new features.

This is odd, I have never before had to manually update Kerlig before.

There is an auto updater, it checks for updates every 4 hours. If there is an update, the menu bar icon changes, and there is an "Install" option in the menu.

Jarek Ceborski Could you add "Check for Updates"? It is like F5 in Windows, was there a real reason to Refresh? Maybe, but we pressed just in case
