Sometimes, I'm regenerating an answer using different models. My goal is to have multiple alternatives from which I can pick the one I like the most.

But it appears that when "Regenerate" is used, only the history based on the last regenerated is kept.

With today's behavior, if the last "regenerated" answer doesn't suit me, I need to regenerate it again, but the output might not be the same as before.

Let me know if I missed something in the interface to achieve this behavior.
