Turn Kerlig into MCP client

+1 on this
I have some more use case examples:
- Have Kerlig process text and then call out to an MCP server to trigger another external action (e.g. trigger a Mac shortcut to be run)
- Process text and reference other data sources accessible via MCP (e.g. Summary can follow links to Google docs etc. and take them into account)
- ...

That's totally doable. Can you name any use cases you have in mind?

Jarek Ceborski We could use brave MCP to reach the web for example

Jarek Ceborski yeah, most mcp clients are desktop apps (Claude, 5ire) or CLI-based. Not a fan of either. Raycast has support for MCP servers now but as far as I can tell, still requires that I use their AI model. Having to use a desktop app or a cli is a big deterrent for me. Kerlig would be amazing if it could be used as an MCP client

Jarek Ceborski I picture e.g. getting a document from the filesystem, google drive, ... as context for a prompt, or even submitting something like 'write a detailed report about that and save it to my notes', then letting the request run in the background while the user goes back to their previous activity
